Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadFuel.tech ("LeadFuel", "the service"), a product of After Adam LLC of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

LeadFuel generates marketing content with AI, publishes it to social accounts you connect, and captures leads on your behalf. Plans are billed monthly and include usage allowances (content generations, image and video credits, AI budget). Overage packs can be purchased separately.

Your accounts, your content

• You must own or be authorized to manage every social account you connect.
• You review and approve content before it is published; you are responsible for what you publish.
• You own the content you create and the leads you capture. We claim no rights to them beyond operating the service.
• You are responsible for complying with each connected platform's own terms and with applicable marketing laws (including SMS consent rules).

Acceptable use

No spam, deception, unlawful content, or infringement of others' rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, its AI features, or the platforms it connects to.

AI output

AI-generated content can be inaccurate. Review before publishing. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing month unless stated otherwise.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see the data deletion page). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
