Privacy Policy

LeadFuel.tech ("LeadFuel", "we", "us") is an AI marketing and lead-capture platform for small businesses, operated by After Adam LLC of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to leadfuel.tech, app.leadfuel.tech, trades.leadfuel.tech, and our APIs.

What we collect

• Account information — name, email, password (stored as a salted hash), business name, and business profile details you provide.
• Content you create — interview answers, generated drafts, edits, uploaded photos, and AI-generated images and videos.
• Connected social accounts — when you connect a social account (for example a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or Bluesky profile), we store the account identifiers and the access tokens the platform issues. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to publish content you approve and to receive leads on your behalf.
• Leads — contact details submitted by your prospects through keyword comments, SMS, or lead forms (for example Facebook Lead Ads) are stored so you can follow up. This data belongs to you.
• Usage and billing — plan tier, feature usage, AI-cost metering, and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

• To provide the service: generating content, publishing to accounts you connected, and capturing and routing leads to you.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To improve the product. We do not sell your data or your leads' data to anyone.

Data from Meta and other social platforms

Data we receive from Meta Platforms (such as your Page list, comments containing your lead keyword, and Lead Ads form submissions) and from other connected platforms is used solely to provide LeadFuel's services to you — publishing your approved posts and delivering your leads to your dashboard. We do not use platform data for advertising to third parties, and we never sell it. Disconnecting an account in your dashboard deletes its stored tokens immediately.

Service providers

We use vetted processors to run the service: AI model providers (content and media generation — your prompts and business profile are sent to them to generate your content), Stripe (payments), telecom providers (SMS lead capture), our hosting provider, and the social platforms you choose to connect.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect social accounts at any time (tokens are deleted immediately) and you can request full account deletion — see our data deletion page. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Social access tokens are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access to production systems is restricted.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
